Is my data private?

Yes. Loop stores your data on your device and syncs it privately to your own account — only you can see it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do the AI features send my contacts' names to a third party?

No. Before any text is sent for AI processing, names, companies, emails, and phone numbers are replaced with placeholders on your device. The AI service only ever sees redacted text.

How do I sign in?

Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address on the sign-in screen.

How do I get follow-up reminders?

When you add a follow-up date to an interaction, Loop schedules a local notification and shows it in your Next Actions feed. Allow notifications when prompted to receive reminders even when the app is closed.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Which devices are supported?

Loop runs on iPhone and iPad.
