These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Loop app ("Loop"). By downloading or using Loop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
Loop is provided for your personal use to help you manage your professional relationships and follow-ups. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app in compliance with applicable laws, including the privacy rights of the people whose details you record.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to sign in. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Loop for any unlawful purpose or to store data you are not permitted to hold.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend.
AI-generated content
Loop's AI features generate summaries, suggested action items, and draft messages. These are provided as assistance only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on or sending it.
Disclaimer of warranties
Loop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved. Keep independent records of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
